Bio
Luke Ford (born 28 May 1966) is an American writer, blogger and former pornography gossip columnist known for his disclosures and traditionalist Jewish religious views.

Ford grew up in Kurri Kurri, New South Wales, Australia until moving to California, USA in 1977. He is the son of Christian evangelist, Desmond Ford. He was brought up by the views of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Ford eventually left the Seventh-Day Adventist Church and converted to Judaism in 1993.

Soon after graduating from Placer High School in 1984, Ford worked as news reporter at KAHI Radio, Auburn, CA, for three years. During the 1980’s he wrote for various newspapers including the Auburn Journal. Ford studied Economics at UCLA but did not graduate because of his suffrage from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which kept him bedridden for six years.

In 1995, Ford began writing the book, A History of X, after he became intrigued by the lack of journalistic coverage of the pornography industry. After researching pornography for a year, he wrote, produced, directed and acted in the pornographic movie, What Women Want. From 1997-2007, Ford made his living from his blog, lukeford.com. In 2001 Ford sold the website to netvideogirls.com and created lukeford.net, which focuses more on Jewish issues instead of pornography.

Ford is the author of five books, A History of X: 100 Years of Sex in Film (1999), XXX-Communicated: A Rebel Without A Shul (2004), Lives on the Edge: Profiles in Sex, Love & Death (2006), The Producers: Profiles in Frustration and Yesterday’s News Tomorrow: Inside American Jewish Journalism.

Ford’s TV appearances include, Entertainment Tonight (2/8/99), Fox Files (3/25/99), the E! True Story (11/5/00), Disinfo Nation (May, 2001), the National Enquirer’s TV show Uncovered (6/13/01), VH1′s Centerfold Babylon (10/12/03), Hollywood Blackmail (April 2006), 60 Minutes (11/23/03), KNBC News (Aug. 30, 2007), ABC News (9/11/07), and The National Film Board of Canada documentary "Give Me Your Soul" which premiered 10/20/00 on the CBC program Newsworld.

Over 50 radio stations around the world have interviewed Ford, including Los Angeles’s talk radio powers KFI and KLSX. Ford has no discretion when describing himself, in his own words he has said, “I’m not a businessman. I’m not a conventional journalist. I’m a story teller/entertainer/lunatic.”

In 2002, Ford returned to his pornographic works and started the website lukeisback.com. He sold the website in 2007 stating, “Any writing I do on the porn industry from now on will be for publications with no porn advertising.”

Ford currently resides near Beverly Hills, CA, where he teaches the Alexander Technique, which teaches the ability to improve physical postural habits. In 2011, Ford completed the three-year teaching course at the Alexander Training Institute of Los Angeles.
